PAYMENT

Our prices are all quoted in US Dollars ($). Please note that shipping and handling will be added to the total order at the end of the checkout process.

We offer trading with Visa, Mastercard and American Express etc. through a 3rd party payment gateway.

We can never charge an amount that is larger than what you have ordered yourself. The payment is secure and encrypted.


RIGHT OF RETURNAL

At LUC LEROUX you have a 14-day return policy on all your purchases. Should you regret the purchase, any item can be returned within 14 days from the date you received the item. You then have 14 days to send the item back. If you regret your purchase, you must return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it and enclose a copy of the invoice. You must also contact us no later than 14 days after you have received the item so that we are aware that you want to exercise your right of return. Always make sure you get a confirmation from us and save it. If the item has been used or the original packaging is not intact, LUC LEROUX will assess the depreciation and subsequently deposit the remaining amount into your account. You are only allowed to try on the item as you would try it on in a store. This means that if the item smells of smoke, has animal hair on it, has stains or anything else that means that the item is not considered new, you will not be able to get your money refunded or only get some of the amount back as the item is impaired. Here you will receive what the item is worth in the condition we receive it in.

The purchase amount is deposited directly to the card you paid with.

You must pay the freight for returned goods yourself. In order for you as a customer to document that the item has been returned in a timely manner, you must get a receipt for shipment. At the same time, the item is your responsibility during transportation and an impairment assessment will be made if the item is broken when we receive the package. So make sure to wrap the item securely. We recommend that you buy a package label with tracking and insurance. We do not recommend sending items back as a letter as the item is not insured if it should disappear or break during transportation. So always send items back as a package and get a receipt for delivery. Then you have proof of shipment.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs. In this case, you will only receive the amount for the returned item and not the shipping.
Packages sent COD will not be accepted and will be returned to you as the sender.

REPLACEMENT OF A PRODUCT

For exchanges, the same rules apply as for 14-day returns.
If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and we will pay the full amount once we have processed your return.
You must purchase the desired item as you purchased the first item.

 

 

FAULTY GOODS & INCORRECT GOODS

If you receive the wrong item, simply return the item to us and we will send you a new item free of charge if we have the item in stock. If the item is sold out, we will refund the full amount to you unless you want a different item. In the case of faulty goods, the return shipment is of course also free of charge for you. Contact us immediately by writing an email to info@lucleroux.com if you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, and we can send you a return shipping label to use when sending the goods back to us. Remember to send the goods as you received them. Including everything that was in the package upon receipt.

 

CLAIMS

It may happen that there is an error or defect in an item. In this situation, it is important that you contact us. We will of course assist you in resolving the complaint. As a consumer, you have a 2-year warranty. It is important that you contact us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Depending on the extent of the defect, you will either have the item repaired, exchanged or refunded.

In order for us to accept a complaint, it is of course a condition that the complaint is justified and that the fault has not arisen because you have used the product incorrectly or have engaged in other damaging behavior. It is important to note that mica, pearls, embroidery or other decorations must be treated with care. Mica and silver/gold will eventually lose its shine after washing and wear. It is also considered wear and tear when textile dyes lose some color after a few washes.

What is reasonable time? If you complain within 14 days of discovering the fault/defect, the complaint is considered to be timely. An approved claim also means that we will refund reasonable shipping costs. Reasonable cost is our absolute cheapest shipping label.

Always contact us before you ship the item. We can often find a solution based on a picture that means you do not need to send the item to us.

 

DELIVERY

When we state delivery times, these are expected delivery times that we have been informed of by the freight forwarders. LUC LEROUX cannot be held responsible for packages exceeding these expected times. In busy times, it is to be expected that extra delivery time may occur.

If the carrier does not meet anyone at the recipient address, they will deliver the package to a pick-up location or depot. You as the recipient will be notified of this. It is then the recipient’s responsibility to contact the carrier regarding a redelivery or pick-up of the parcel. After 7 days (depending on the carrier) they will return the package to the sender (LUC LEROUX). Therefore, we recommend picking up the package or contacting the carrier as soon as possible.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

You generally have min. 7 days to pick up your package.
However, this depends on the chosen carrier.

Always check the deadline with the carrier

If you do not pick up your package within the carrier’s pick-up deadline, the package will be returned to us. In this case, you will not be refunded the delivery costs, as we have already paid the carrier for the delivery of your package. We therefore always recommend picking up the package as soon as possible. In addition, it is your duty as a customer to check the pick-up deadline with the chosen carrier and respect it.

As we are billed for the return shipping of packages that are not picked up, this amount will also be deducted from your credit, therefore we strongly recommend that packages are picked up before the deadline has passed and before the package is returned to us.
We also deduct double shipping costs for free shipping as we also pay twice the shipping costs, even if we have given you free shipping for purchases over a certain amount.
It is our cost price we deduct, so if your package has been heavier than small packages and therefore more costly, we will deduct our full cost price in case you do not pick up the package before the deadline issued by the carrier.

If you want us to resend your package, you need to buy a new shipping label. Please contact us if you want this.

If you wish to cancel the order, we will transfer the purchase amount for the goods once we have received the goods back, but not for the shipping if the package has already been shipped.
In addition, the cost of returning the package will also be deducted from your credit.
We will refund your credit to the payment card used for the purchase.

Please note that unclaimed packages are not covered by the right of return!

 

 

PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order at lucleroux.com it is not a legally binding agreement. LUC LEROUX may cancel the order at any time in the event of printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, stock status errors and similar situations. The agreement between you as a customer and us as the seller is only binding when we have notified you that your order has been shipped.

 

 

RESERVATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS

LUC LEROUX makes reservations for any tax changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and defects or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
Furthermore, reservations are made for deviations in colors etc. in the product images shown. Brightness, color setting and screen selection may also contribute to the image being displayed incorrectly.
All intellectual property rights including text, graphics and logos belong to LUC LEROUX
It is not permitted to copy, download, distribute, publish or in any other way reproduce material without prior agreement.
Violation of this may lead to legal action.
