Understand how your order is delivered

We ship your order in a cardboard box if you order sunglasses
or other fragile items.

We make sure to pack your items securely so they don’t break on the way to you.

We ship your goods within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) after we have received payment for your order. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to illness, delivery problems with suppliers and freight forwarders, and unforeseen problems that cause the package to be delayed. We cannot be held responsible in any way for these sudden events that delay delivery. However, we will make efforts to get your package delivered as soon as possible and make you aware of this in such situations. Your package will be sent with or without delivery, depending on the country it is to be sent to, but always with tracking number. But always with tracking number.

Freight forwarder terms and conditions

If your package is delivered to a pick-up location, please read more about the shipping conditions on the freight forwarder website. It is your responsibility as a customer to pick up the package within the carrier’s pick-up time and comply with the delivery rules. Keep in mind that most freight forwarders do not work on weekends and holidays. So packages will only be picked up or delivered on weekdays. Always check that the item has not been damaged during transportation. If you experience this, you should complain to the carrier and contact us immediately. If you can see from the package that it is damaged, refuse to accept it until you have determined whether the contents are damaged. If this is the case, the carrier must replace the goods. You must refuse to accept the package because it is damaged.

 

Your responsibility

We do not send goods cash on delivery.
It is always your responsibility as a customer to provide the correct name and address and that the same name is written correctly on your mailbox or door.
Should an error occur and the carrier cannot deliver your package, the package will be returned to us and you as a customer will not be refunded the shipping amount and if you want the package delivered again, you will have to pay for a new delivery to us.
It is always the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the goods are cleared through customs and we (Luc Leroux) cannot be held responsible for any fees customs may charge at your country’s border.
